To be clear, the monthly fee charged by JRM is NOT for representation. The fee is to cover operational costs for the development services provided by the agency. We understand that JRM is structured differently from other mother agencies and that is not in a traditional structure.

Traditionally there is no monthly fee associated with a mother agency, however development services including classes, digitals, portfolio shoots are offered on a pay per service basis. These charges range from $100 to $2000 per service and vary by agency. This ultimately results in yearly costs varying from nothing to several thousand dollars per year depending on what the model decides to participate in. JRM instead instead includes these services for a flat rate, broken into a monthly payment to ensure that the models are able to take advantage of as many classes as they want as well as have access to portfolio development photoshoots while ultimately saving money - as long as the offered classes and shoots are attended. We want our models to benefit from all the services we offer without having to pick and choose based on what they can afford.

We maintain a roster that aligns with the size of the current team to ensure that we can provide all of our models with the same level of support and training. Our priority is model growth and career preparation with the ultimate goal of placing models with larger agencies to take their careers to the next level.
